Reporting to the Manager of IT Services, the candidate will be working in a
Field Service environment, providing on-site repairs to PC's, Laptops,
Servers, network products and associated printers and peripherals. The
ideal candidate must be knowledgeable about both hardware and software and
enjoy working in a fast paced environment with constantly changing
priorities.
EDUCATIONAL
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of a community college or recognized
technical school in the field of Computer Technology.
A+ Certification required.
Network Certification an asset.
MCP, MCSE designations would be an asset.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENT:
1 year field service experience required.
Minimum 3 years Customer service experience is
required with outstanding Customer skills.
Experience is required in the maintenance of and
the configuration of hardware products.
Knowledge is required of 2000/XP/Vista as well as
Windows 2000/2003
It is required that you understand Network
Topologies. This includes planning, implementation, and
troubleshooting.
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle suitable
for transporting parts is a requirement

is an asset (HP/Compaq, IBM/Lenovo, Toshiba).
Network Certification an asset.
MCP, MCSE designations would be an asset.

Minimum 2 years Customer service experience is
required with outstanding Customer skills.
Experience is required in the maintenance of and
the configuration of hardware products.
Working knowledge is required of Windows 98/2000/XP
as well as Server 2000/2003
It is required that you have a basic understanding
of Network Topologies and network troubleshooting
