RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Manager of Technical Services, the candidate
will be working in a Depot Service environment, providing in-house
repairs to PC's, Laptops, Servers, network products and associated
printers and peripherals. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable
about both hardware and software and enjoy working in a fast paced
environment with constantly changing priorities.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of a community college or recognized technical school
in the field of Computer Technology.
A+ Certification required.
Technical Certifications with tier one manufacturer is an
asset (HP/Compaq, IBM/Lenovo, Toshiba).
Network Certification an asset.
MCP, MCSE designations would be an asset.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENT:
1 years hardware repair experience required.
Minimum 1 years Customer service experience is required with
outstanding Customer skills.
Experience is required in the maintenance of and the configuration
of hardware products.
Working knowledge is required of Windows 98/2000/XP as well
as Server 2000/2003
It is required that you have a basic understanding of Network
Topologies and network troubleshooting
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle is a requirement.
