Telecom Computer brings together a variety of Teir-1 technologies and Services to develop solutions that assist a wide range of government departments and industries. We are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator to work within the Service delivery team at our Burlington Head Office.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for contract evaluation and compliance, order entry and supplier follow-up while keeping individual customers informed on progress and delivery.
You will also perform other duties such as the coordination of technical resource dispatch activities and warranty issue resolution.

Leadership abilities and strong organizational and interpersonal skills are key. A post-secondary education and three to five years of experience in customer service, contract administration, material handling or purchasing make you our ideal candidate.

Must Have Skills:

  • Leadership abilities and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Uses Microsoft Office to compile reports, letters, presentations, and charts as required.
  • Handle highly time sensitive and urgent matters relating to the daily dispatch.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports as required.
  • Set-up and maintain filing system.
  • Responds to and resolves general and time critical inquiries, working closely with the Technical Team as well as external contacts.
  • Completes various special projects requiring fact finding and compilation of data.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in a business or technical discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 year's service administration experience.
  • Advanced PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook).
  • Demonstrated tact and diplomacy dealing with customers.
  • Ability to constantly demonstrate a high degree of initiative.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
  • Strong team and customer service orientation.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external personnel.
    Flexibility to work after-hours as required.
